SHIPPING

Depending on your destination for ready stock, the products are normally shipped out within 7 working days of the order being confirmed. We will notify you as soon as the product is shipped out for delivery. If the product is not available, our customer service team will find a replacement and notify you of the expected delivery time. The production time for customised orders is typically 90 days.


To service almost all pin codes in India, we work with Om Trading, a Third-Party Logistics company. Nevertheless, some pin codes and/or areas might not be serviceable or might cost extra. Kindly enquire about the same with us.

 

RETURN

Since every product is handmade, minor flaws and chips shouldn't be viewed as defects. They enhance the individual beauty of every piece. Handmade sculptures are unique because their designs differ from one another.

We strive to have a policy of no refunds or returns for any item. Please carefully review the product specifications to determine whether the item you want to order will fit in the spaces you have designated.
The only exception is if the product is damaged upon delivery and we are notified of it within a day, along with any necessary photos of the damaged item.

If 24 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

We will send you an email to let you know that your refund has been started as soon as we receive the product and check it for qualifying returns. After we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed using the original payment method and will usually take two to three weeks, depending on the bank.

 

DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RECEIVED:
